100g Verrigni Spaghetti
20g asiago 18 month
10g parmesan cheese
✵ Bring a pot of water to the boil with a little bit of salt. Add in the spaghetti and boil for 9 minutes.
✵ In a pan, add all the cheese together with the cream until melted.
✵ When the spaghetti is ready, drain and place it in the pan together with the cheese sauce.
✵ Mix together over a low heat. Add black pepper & salt and serve.
