Recipe: Spaghetti Fresh Cherry Tomato & Burrata

Serves: 1 portion 

 

Cooking Instructions

✵ Bring a pot of water to the boil with a little bit of salt. Add in the spaghetti and boil for 9 minutes.

✵ Warm up a pan with the bruised garlic and olive oil. Add the chopped cherry tomatoes and sliced olives into the pan and cook until the tomatoes are softened.

✵ Add a little bit of cooking water and remove the garlic cloves.

✵ Chop the burrata and the basil leaves.

✵ When the spaghetti is ready, place it in the pan and mix with the tomato sauce.

✵ Add a little bit of water to the spaghetti and leave it to cook for 2-3 minutes more.

✵ Add in a pinch of salt and pepper and serve on a plate topped with burrata and a basil leaf garnish.
