125g Biscuits with Pistachios and Almonds from Cantucci.
Prato Almond biscuits traditional recipe still includes the usual 5 simple ingredients: flour, sugar, fresh eggs, almonds and pine nuts. The raw materials are meticulously selected and mixed with the utmost care. The dough is modelled by hand on the trays and after cooking in the oven, the loaves, still hot, are cut giving shape to the fragrant biscuits, always packed in the classic blue bag, tied by hand with coloured string.
